Confirmation of Registration will begin at 8:00 am on 29 August 2022.
All participants must be in possession of Aadhar/School ID cards duly signed by the Principals. * International participants (if reporting to the venue) are requested to bring their passports along with Xerox copies for registration.
Maximum 16 participants are allowed per school.
Each team must be accompanied by a teacher as Teacher In-charge. Principal, where accompanying, will be treated as a Guest of Honour.
Schools may doubly check the timings of each event and the number of participants committed, to avoid a clash. Once a team has registered for an event, it must participate in the same.
A Communication Centre and First Aid facility will be established at the venue.
Besides a set of rules for various events, teams will be provided with collar/standing Mike’s as per the requirement projected by them at the time of confirmation of registration.
All teams are requested to mail their School Banner (4ft x 2ft)/ School Flag (3ft X 2ft) and School Anthem/Song (for International teams) in mp3 format by 28 July 2022.
All schools must carry a brief presentation (maximum 10 slides), broadly covering the School photo and logo, Principal’s photo and other such details which describe the major activities/achievements of their school. This must be given to the control room at the time of registration. (International teams shall mail the aforesaid requirement by 28 July 2022).
Schools must inform the changes, if any, from the list already submitted, in terms of participants or events at the time of registration. Fresh inputs/changes, duly authenticated by the Principal alone, will be accepted.
Certificates of participation will be awarded to all the participants. First, second and third positions, where achieved, will be additionally mentioned. Championship and Runners-Up Trophies will be awarded to the teams standing first and second on the basis of the points earned.
If a team/participant does not report at the venue after the final announcement, he/she will be deemed to be disqualified. Teams will also be judged for their conduct and discipline and the name of the most disciplined team in terms of punctuality/ attendance/ conduct etc. will be announced at the end of the competition.
For outstation teams/ participants accommodation and all meals will be catered for Lunch will be served to local participants also. Meals will be served as per the timings laid down. All are requested to follow the timings strictly.
All schools/teams are requested to confirm their participation by email in the prescribed format as well as in the respective events Google forms link by 30 June 2022.
In case of any unavoidable clash between events; teams coordinating with their team members are also requested to inform the Control Room on the day of the event.
Topics for the event like PANTOMIME, WAR OF WORDS, BRAND & BEYOND will be given in advance to all teams/schools on confirmation of their participation.
